Kiley, Kiley & Kiley, PLLC is committed to excellence in serving the interests of the New York and Long Island communities. The firm has, and continues to provide, pro bono legal advice, expertise and services to many persons and organizations in the community who do not have the resources to fully protect their legal rights.
Like so many people, the members of the firm lost neighbors and close friends in the terrorist attacks of 9/11. The firm was an eager and willing participant in Trial Lawyers Care, a not for profit organization that provided pro bono attorneys to assist persons in making claims with the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund. Donald T. Kiley, Jr. successfully obtained an award in excess of $800,000.00 for a New York City firefighter who sustained damage to his lungs in the aftermath of the attack against the World Trade Center. Kevin Kiley successfully obtained five and six figure awards for both active duty and retired New York City police officers and firefighters also injured during the cleanup of the World Trade Center.
The firm provides pro bono legal services to many local charitable institutions, including the Congregational Church of Manhasset, the Trinity Baptist Church of Bayside and Bridge To Life, a not for profit organization providing services to women in the community.
