Kiley, Kiley & Kiley obtains a $550,000.00 medical malpractice settlement for woman who sustained loss of vision [2008-03-01]
Donald T. Kiley, Jr. obtained a $550,000.00 settlement for a 78 year old woman who sustained loss of vision in one eye as a result of the failure of her opthamolgist to properly monitor her intra-ocular pressure due to a glaucoma condition. The case was successfully settled after a mediation with the doctor's insurance company.
