Jim Kiley talks about Real Estate Jim Kiley talks about Real Estate Transcripts:
Mark: The issue with real estate, you just recently did a real estate closing for a well known actor. From the real estate perspective, I mean when you're doing a personal injury real estate, estates, is there any one that's your favorite?
Jim: Well I would say it depends on the day. I enjoy it all. It's nice to be diversified. They are all intertwined really. It's amazing how many times you will have an estate obviously there might be real estate involved, personal injury involved, trip and falls, and things of that nature. It's good to have the sense for real estate, and obviously many times in a personal injury case you're dealing with a wrongful death on the estate, or the surrogate court is involved in some capacity. So they all intertwine, and I definitely think we're ahead of our competition in that sense, because we?re cross-discipline. We do cross multiple disciplines, and we bring a new perspective to certain cases, whether it be estate, real estate, corporate transactions or personal injury, and get litigation that a lot of other attorneys don't.
