Donald T. Kiley, Founder - Donald T. Kiley, FounderThe founder of Kiley, Kiley & Kiley, Donald T. Kiley graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law where he was editor of the Law Review and was awarded the Chapin Prize for having attained the highest average in his class. He attended Columbia University Law School as a Kent Fellow.

Subsequent to the completion of his legal studies, Mr. Kiley joined the firm of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel as a litigation associate where he headed the San Francisco office of the firm. After several years of litigation experience in private practice, he joined the faculty of Duquesne Law School as an Assistant Professor where he taught in the areas of contracts and evidence and was a founder of the Duquesne Law Review.

Since opening his own practice in 1974, Mr. Kiley has further developed his expertise as a litigator and general practitioner having testified as an expert in the area of professional liability.

Mr. Kiley is President Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of Holy Cross High School in Flushing, Queens. He currently enjoys mentoring his five attorney children and enjoying his sixteen grandchildren. He resides with his wife of 53 years, Cathy, in Commack, New York.
