Donald T. Kiley, Jr., Partner - Donald T. Kiley, Jr. has been a partner in the firm since 1988. He is a graduate of Colgate University, where he was a member of the History National Honor Society, and The College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law, where he was president of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Mr. Kiley has twenty-five years of experience as a trial lawyer fighting for the rights of malpractice and accident victims in New York. He was honored by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America for his pro bono representation of victims of the September 11th attacks on America. He has additional expertise in the areas of matrimonial litigation and trusts and estates.
A member of the New York Bar as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts, Mr. Kiley is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA). He is active with Colgate University Alumni affairs and is a member of the Shared Decision-Making Team at Finley Middle School in the Huntington Union Free School District.
He and his wife Maria reside in Huntington with their two daughters, Alexandra and Victoria.
