Kevin J. Kiley, Partner - Kevin J. Kiley has been a partner in the firm since 1988. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where he was elected to the Friars Honor Society and St. John's Law School where he was a member of the Dean's List, as well as a member of the Moot Court Senior Bar and the recipient of several awards including the American Jurisprudence Awards for Conflicts of laws and Criminal Procedure. While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Kiley interned in the United States District Court for the Hon. Frank Altimari.

Since joining the firm he has specialized in all areas of negligence litigation as well as trusts and estates, wills, probate, elder law, real estate, matrimonial law and corporate transactions.

Mr. Kiley is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Torts, Insurance and Compensation section, Elder law Section, General Practice Section and Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Kiley is the Prosecutor of the Village of Williston Park and president of the CYO of St. Aidan's Parish in Williston Park. He and his wife Nancy reside in Williston Park with their three children: Meghan, Kevin, and Michael.
