Jim Kiley focuses his practice on both litigation and transactional matters. Representing injured plaintiffs, he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in all five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester in both state and federal court obtaining numerous seven figure awards for his clients in all areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. Jim also represents plaintiffs in employment discrimination matters as well as parties to estate and commercial business disputes. Jim has been honored by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America for volunteer legal work performed as part of “Trial Lawyers Care” in conjunction with the September 11th Victims Compensation fund.

Jim sits on the Business Advisory Board of the First National Bank of Long Island and represents the Bank on commercial loan transactions. He also represents individuals and developers in the purchase, sale and financing of residential and commercial real estate. He also advises and represents clients with regard to estate planning, including the preparation of wills and trusts, and the administration and probate of estates. 

Jim currently serves as Justice of the Village of Plandome and has been a member of the Village of Plandome Fire Department for over twenty years. He is counsel to The Congregational Church of Manhasset (UCC).
