Kevin J. Kiley has been a partner in the firm since 1988. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where he was elected to the Friars Honor Society and St. John’s University School of Law where he was a member of the Dean’s List, as well as a member of the Moot Court Senior Bar and the recipient of several awards including the American Jurisprudence Awards for Conflicts of Laws and Criminal Procedure. While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Kiley interned in the United States District Court for the Hon. Frank Altimari.

Since joining the firm he has specialized in all areas of negligence litigation as well as trusts and estates, elder law, real estate, family law, criminal defense, debtor/creditor and corporate transactions.

Kevin is the elected Judge of the Village of Williston Park Justice Court and is currently the President of the Nassau County Magistrate’s Association. He also serves as President of the Board of Directors of the CYO of Long Island, President of the CYO of St. Aidan Parish in Williston Park, and as a Trustee of St. Aidan’s Parish in Williston Park. He formerly served as a member of the President’s Council of Holy Cross High School and was Co-chairman of the Alumni Golf Tournament. Prior to his election to Village Justice, he served the Village of Williston Park as the Village Prosecutor, a member of the Village Recreation Committee and as a coach of the Little League and PAL softball leagues. He is a former member of the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Interview Committee and the former President of the Sigma Nu Fraternity (UPENN) Alumni Association. At St. John’s Law School, Mr. Kiley is a member of the Law School Alumni Association and a former member of the Law School Reunion Committee.

He was honored by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America for volunteer legal work performed as part of “Trial Lawyers Care” in conjunction with the September 11th Victims Compensation fund. In addition, he has received the following honors and awards: Holy Cross High School Hall of Fame, CYO of Long Island Role Model Award, St. Aidan Parish Jack Zwiebel Award, Sigma Nu Fraternity, UPENN, distinguished Alumnus Award and CYO of Long Island Volunteer of the Year Award.
